This was the second convoy to Bireun and Banda Aceh. It lasted from January 5-12, and involved 27 vehicles and about 200 volunteers.“

„ForesTrade has set up a relief effort bank account. Funds will be forwarded to their partners in Aceh, the Gayo Organic Coffee Farmers Association (PPKGO) who supply Fairtrade coffee to the UK. PPKGO has organized a relief effort and are using the coffee warehouse to shelter hundreds since the disaster. They are also distributing blankets, clothing and food.“
