„For someone like me making a single drink in the morning, it's still a pretty labor intensive process: turn it on, put an empty cup under the coffee dispenser and let it do the required rinse cycle that must be done prior to the first brew of the day, dispense the espresso, switch to steaming the milk (manually, but faster than my Krups), run a required rinse cycle of the milk frother that is necessary after each frothing, place an empty glass again under the coffee spout since it again rinses itself when you hit the power button to turn it off. So you avoid the hassle of grinding and tamping the coffee yourself and cleaning out the spent grounds, but in my opinion, it didn't come close enough to the quality of espresso produced by my $200 machine or save me enough time to justify the $900 expense so I returned it.--This text refers tothe 11-inchx14-inch silver option.“

„Filling the reservoirs was cumbersome and you couldn't see the water level on the coffee and trying to make a half pot was very difficult. The espresso coffee holder didn't fit easily on the machine and sometimes it took five minutes of fiddling to get it to seat.(doesn't help that you can't see what you are doing). So soon we stopped making espresso, thus getting around the fact that a coffee mug won't fit under the espresso head. The coffee maker was mediochre.“
