  „Coffee should be brewed for 4.5-5 minutes using a ratio of 55 grams of ground coffee per liter of filtered water (195-205°F). It is convenient to use 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of filtered water. Filtered water and spring water are recommended. Tap water imparts off flavors to the coffee and since some minerals are essential to coffee flavor, distilled water is not recommended.“

  „I don't think it fair to judge a coffee roaster by the shop brewing the coffee.  The best coffee can be turned into toilet water if not brewed with care.  I try to judge roasters by how the coffee works for me at home after I have learned to work with a particular blend.  I am biased toward CN as I have spent a lot of time trying roasters in the Denver area and all over the country and have found none better at their craft.“

  „They are by far the best that is out there. We have the grinding system for our whole bean brewed coffee and we use their Extractor Series brewing system. The best thing about FETCO is that I have never heard anyone ever being dissappointed that they purchased their equipment.“
