„In addition to the recent Honduras auction, El Salvador and Nicaragua farmers also held successful Cup of Excellence auctions this summer for their winning coffees. Between the three auctions, 85 coffee lots were sold to 23 U.S. companies, 22 European companies representing England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Iceland, Spain, France, Norway and Germany, 19 Japanese companies and 1 Canadian company. The Cup of Excellence family is growing as an increasing array of international roasters support the efforts of quality farmers from a variety of countries.“
