[Lackadaisical Motivation] Menu Plan Monday: Tues night I got out of work later than expected so I didn’t make it home in time to make spaghetti, so I had a hot dog at the bowling alley and Hubs was on his own (I also took my snacks bowling, so in addition to the hot dog, I also had a banana, strawberries, 1/2 green pepper, and apple sauce). Wed night we had hot dogs and beans (again) as planned and Thursday night we made veggie Fajitas that were awesome!
