„Another tip; make your appointments in advance, people are incredibly busy at these trade fairs and if you go there thinking that you'll meet people in the corridors, or you'll meet people by chance, or you'll have a meeting or appointment on the wing, it won't happen, it simply won't happen. You really need to prepare in advance and organise fixed meetings and organise what that meeting is going to be about, so there's a clear focus.“

But the purpose of today is to get away from the office environment and the daily grind and to take a step back, so that we can explore what we really do, what our main strengths are, and where improvements could be made in our systems. „In colder climes, however, a cup of English Breakfast Tea with a slug of Scotch is very nice; we have it on good account that it ends up tasting like rich fruit cake. Rooibos tea is only grown in South Africa, but it has been described by one Researcher at least as 'the miracle of the century'. It can be drunk hot, cold, with/without milk, sugar and lemon. But this is not a reason to call it a miracle.“
