„Editor's note: True, but there's a very innocent explanation! The word probably derives from the French mocca faux, lit. 'pretend mocca'. Another explanation is that it originates from Westfalia, from the words Mucken, brown earth (as in the English word 'muck'), and faul, 'lazy'.“
