„But doctors at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, discovered that men drinking four or more cups of caffeinated coffee a day had the lowest risk of developing gallstones. No effect for tea-drinkers Those who favourite drink was tea, decaffeinated coffee or low-calorie soft drinks with caffeine such a colas did not have the reduced risk. Gallstones are caused when liquid stored in the gallbladder hardens - these can obstruct the bile duct, a narrow tube which leads from the gallbladder to the intestine. Bile, a liquid which helps the body digest fat, can be trapped and cause inflammation, and if blocked over a period of time, the patient can suffer from persistent pain, fever and jaundice.“

This drink is basically a cup of coffee (already well caffeinated) with either one, two, or three espresso shots added for good measure. People that drink these are either clinically dead and need resurrection, or are writing a doctoral thesis or something equally mind-numbing. You may want to think twice before ordering this drink.“

„The average cup of coffee contains about 100mg of caffeine. Of 1,000 office workers surveyed for Volvic mineral water, 76% said they drank tea, coffee or caffeinated cola more than three times during the working day, with one in 20 consuming more than 10 drinks. Stress specialist Dr David Lewis, who analysed the research for Volvic, is calling for traditional morning and afternoon breaks to be scrapped. Toilet visits He said: "Our clinical research found that a high caffeine intake (more than 350mg during the working day) acts as a powerful diuretic and causes people to visit the toilet more frequently, which can lead to performance-zapping dehydration.“
