The SCAE Awards for Coffee Excellence
„"Masters of Latte" is an educational tour in the art of making the perfect Caffè Latte. In October and November 2003 a team of five "Masters of Latte" visited more than 30 places from northern to southern Sweden, travelling in a bus equipped with top class espresso equipment. More than 20 people from cafés and coffeeshops in each town were introduced to the art of making the right Caffè Latte. The reactions on the education have been very positive.“

„If the espresso is going to be more of a centerpiece, then I'd say look for a coffee that also has some marketing appeal. If Illy ain't it on the taste side, take a look at Green Mountain Coffee's Dark Magic Espresso Blend. Earlier this month it won a bronze medal in London. I think it was at the Great Tastes specialty food show.“
