  „The Committee found that the publication of Eve is consistent with the BBC’s Commercial Policy Guidelines and found that TV trails for both Eve and Star also complied with BBC Commercial Policy guidelines and were broadcast within strict undertakings to the Office of Fair Trading since the content of the magazine complemented the programme and extended access to subject matter. For example, trails were granted for Eve followed the programme Brain Story on BBC TWO and referred to a three page article in the magazine directly relevant to the programme.“
