  „whenever i'm finding it hard to get motivated i do something different. wether this is a placebo or something else, i'm not sure but for me it works.each time i change something the burst of none stop typing lasts up to a week (a very long time for me)first i gave up cafeine - first burst of writing energy.then i took up excersise (gotten a bit tubby since leaving school) - second burst of energy.i've tried all sorts of things and so far they've all worked.i usually work in the afternoon, so i changed to late night - bingo. then i changed to early morning - result!typing naked - the thrill lasted a week and that's how long i did it (messed up but succesful!)i quit my computer for a week, writing things up properly from notes into a notepad.a week later i was bored again.“
