ANOTHER DE’LONGHI INNOVATION: The “Magnifica” All-in-One (#)
„With its integrated, one-touch operation and stylish design, Magnifica is ideal for daily espresso, cappuccino and other sophisticated coffee drinks at home or at work. Owning a super automatic combination machine saves the expense of purchasing pricey coffee drinks at local coffee houses, which can cost more than $5.00 per cup. Home entertaining enthusiasts will also welcome the Magnifica as a user-friendly way of preparing individualized coffee for guests.“

„No, you cannot get restaurant grade Espresso, Latte and Cappuccino from a department store bought toy. Cheap espresso-cappuccino machines, at best, produce coffee with a kick, much like the stove-top espresso maker does. We will discuss this at length in the Stovetop espresso chapter!“

„ I'm a new member but have been trolling on this site for a few days in order to do some research on what type of espresso maker to upgrade to. I currently have a DeLonghi espresso/cappuccino maker (I know, it's not highly regarded) that was given to me as a gift a few years ago and while it still works great I am looking to move up to a REAL espresso maker for the discerning drinker. Anyway, is there anyone here who is in the market to sell a gently used espresso maker that is of an upgraded quality from my DeLonghi? I can't spend much more than $150 or so.“

„Super-cheap pump driven espresso makers for much under 129 dollars rarely make a good shot of espresso, the building block of good cappuccinos and lattes.“

„Almost too convenient. Just unwrap, plop in a pod-enabled espresso machine, brew, and chuck, you're done. And if you do a double for a big cappuccino, they aren't all that bad.“
