„When we remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago, I purchased a new one, just so all appliances would be shiny and new - big mistake. Apparently, Delonghi has become rather sloppy and shoddy in their workmanship and is sailing on their old reputation. This toaster oven has a mind of its own - after the item has finished baking/toasting and the knob is in the OFF position, it somehow moves back into the ON position, probably because of some mishap with those annoying ticking knobs. I notified the company, and was told there is nothing they can do, since my warranty expired.“
