„The second one lasted 8 mos and it now leaks (more than the first one ever did) and despite never using abrasives to clean it, the teflon coating on the warming element is flaking off in chunks. I called DeLonghi Canada and got a run around re repair until I DEMANDED to talk to the President! Got a General Manager of Customer Service who explained that this product is a mid line product and not without it's faults. He finally agreed to send me another one (same model unfortunately) free of charge.“
