  „Cons: It is honestly not the best at extracting full flavor from the espresso beans (compared to my Brasilia) - you really need just the right beans for best results & the first shot is always a tosser. Also, since my SubZero keeps my milk real cold, I have to pre-heat my cups with hot water and even then it is tough to steam the milk to a high enough temperature for serving. Noisy when making coffee.“

  „There are a couple of companies out there that sell flavoring for coffee beans....I don't think it will be to your advantage to buy from them because you have to buy a minimum of 7.5lbs of one flavor..(adds up to about a gallon of syrup..)Price ranges from $12.00 a pound and up... You could probably use vanilla extract but I don't know how it would taste... Most flavoring is 3% w/w (weight to weight) which is 1/2oz of flavoring to 1lb of coffee....“
